Just wanted to share a story worth sharing. I have eaten at this restaurant numerous times and food and service is always really good. Tonight, while spending a Valentines day without my lady (she took off to Italy today ) I ordered their signature homemade pasta (money bags) with grilled chicken and went and picked it up on my way home. After driving for what seemed like an eternity to get home (usually 10 minutes) I opened the bag ready to eat my dinner and there was absolutely zero chicken added. I double checked the receipt and yep, they charged me for it so I had to call. The young lady who answered the phone was very sweet and helpful and told me not to worry that she would take care of it... she took my address and in about 25- 30 a delivery person showed up at my door with a whole new dinner... pasta, with the grilled chicken, another salad and all. No other charge was added. I have to say, I am a business owner as well and of course, sometimes things can get messed up but these people handled it brilliantly. I give them a 10++ and will not hesitate to go back there. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

I'm so grateful for the staff at Patrizia's for accepting our last minute lunch group. We were a huge party of 27 people and they were able to accommodate us with short notice. The service was excellent and everything served was delicious. From the bread, salad, pizza, calamari, shrimp, pasta, steak and dessert, we enjoyed every bite. We had a family style lunch and they didn't miss a beat. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and still juggled some of their other lunch guests while making sure we were taken care of. The restaurant is spacious with an upstairs and big first floor dining room, which can accommodate big groups. We got lucky but I recommend reservations for the best experience.

My family and I came here for my mom's birthday today. The vibe was great and atmosphere very pleasant. We sat on the main floor and had a tv next to us playing different destinations including some in Italy which we were entertained by and enjoyed. It was 10 of us and the service was great. We had a great very attentive waiter and our meals did not take long to come out. My husband and I shared the Frutta Di Mare dish (it was tasty but could have been more flavorful and hotter). My parents each got the fillet Branzino which was amazing! So delicious. My mom is a picky eater so I am glad she got this dish. She very much enjoyed it and I want to say that was the best meal at the table. Highly recommend. We all got some wines and some cocktails and two orders of calamari for the table as an appetizer before our meals. The delicious bread and dipping condiment complimentary at the table was very good. For 10 people the bill was pretty reasonable at a little over $500. I asked on the side to have an order of Tiramisu given to my mom with a cake and sparkles and they were so lovely to not only oblige, but turn the lights off and play music awhile bringing it out. My mom felt extra special so that was great! This is a place I would definitely come back to. The service was wonderful and food good!

I recently visited and had a lovely time. My family and I all got the $65 family style dinner which comes with alcohol and you get to taste a little bit of everything off the menu plus dessert. The timing of the dishes was spaced out so we didn't feel rushed and had enough time to digest. Anything we didn't finish, we were able to take it in a to go container. I definitely had enough for lunch the next day. I think Patrizia's is great for a party or a nice date.

Location: 69-35 Grand Ave, Queens, NY 11378 Service: Very lively and accommodating Ambiance: not too spacious upstairs but I noticed ground floor has more. But the vibe is so vibrant and jolly. Food: I was only invited to a party here but this restaurant deserves a review. From start to finish the food didn't disappoint. All fresh and unique. A lot of people celebrated their birthdays day so It was crowded and loud, quite opposite to those who like intimate gatherings. See captions for the food Ive tried.

Visited the restaurant with a group of about 15 with an advance reservation for their family style dinner for $65 per person (before tax and tip) which comes with unlimited wine and beer. This was totally worth the price. The food was fresh and abundant (I have never been that full in my life) and delicious. The drinks were great. The atmosphere even greater. The host was wonderful and welcoming and made sure to make us feel comfortable and well-looked after. This is a wonderful family-friendly restaurant and I would totally recommend everyone checks it out!
